The Australian Parish Nurse Resource Centre (APNRC)
is a facility dedicated to promoting awareness of Parish Nurse Ministries and Information forums on developing the ministry in Christian Faith Communities. APNRC distributes a variety of resources to assist congregations in understanding and establishing a Parish Nurse Ministry within their faith community.
Lighthouse Inter-Church Health Ministries Inc (LICHM), home of the APNRC, is a Geelong based Health Promotion organisation serving congregations and faith based organizations with education, support and consultation for Nurses, Clergy, Congregational Health committees, Congregations and agencies.
Membership of LICHM is available at three levels:
1. Members of LICHM association contribute financially to the operations and administration of the association and pay an annual membership fee.
2. Friends of LICHM Association contribute to fundraising efforts and general support of activities. and pay a reduced membership fee .
3. Congregational Partnerships with LICHM, paying an annual fee in return for ongoing education, support, and consultation for Parish Nurses, Health committees, congregations and agencies.
